The highlight of NUG 2014 is a two-day "Celebration of Science and Technology" featuring talks by NERSC Director Sudip Dosanjh, Bill Kramer, National Center for Supercomputing Applications, who will discuss NERSC’s contributions to the world’s supercomputing community, prominent scientists, and stories from people associated with NERSC through the years.

The National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC) is a U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science User Facility that serves as the primary high performance computing center for scientific research sponsored by the Office of Science.
