Data Science Engagement

The data science engagement group works with DOE user facilities and large experiments to help them analyze large scientific data sets at NERSC.  We currently collaborate with the DOE Joint Genome Institute, the Advanced Light Source at LBL and LCLS at SLAC.  These workloads push the boundaries of NERSC's data-intensive compute capabilities and we work closely with the Data and Analytics Services Group to ensure NERSC is providing the right solutions for our users.
