User Agreements

All NERSC users are required to understand and adhere to our Appropriate Use Policy, which outlines how NERSC systems and services can and cannot be employed.

The NERSC Code of Conduct covers all users and governs interpersonal conduct.

Some Principal Investigators will also need to ensure that their research funder or institution is covered by an Institutional User Agreement before they use any NERSC systems. This agreement is necessary for research not directly funded by the Department of Energy Office of Science, and in some other cases.
